Conditions of booking and cancellation policy

A 30% deposit is payable within 7 days of booking.  

The balance of payment is required 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.

A $1,000 bond is payable either by cash (on arrival day) or direct bank transfer (2 days prior).  If all is in order with the property/contents after your stay, 100% of your bond with be returned within 48hrs.

If a cancellation is made 6 weeks or less prior to your arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.

If a cancellation is made 3 weeks or less prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be forfeited.  However, If we are able to re-book your dates we are happy to return your full deposit.

There is strictly a "No Function" policy at this property.

The house enjoys beautiful quiet surrounds, given this, noise will need to be kept to a reasonalbe level at all times.
